Ron Paul and the forced redistribution of wealth

Excessive government has created such a mess it prompts many questions: … Why does the use of religion to support a social gospel and preemptive wars, both of which requires authoritarians to use violence, or the threat of violence, go unchallenged? Aggression and forced redistribution of wealth has nothing to do with the teachings of the world great religions.

My two cents

I love how that concept of the forced redistribution of wealth was picked up on and applied to big government.

When people talk of social justice, I think most of the time, it’s code for coercion by the state. People who support this type of coercion should think long and hard about the above quote.

The Theonomy Resources website made a comparison of R.J. Rushdoony’s and Ron Paul’s treatment of libertarianism, which I thought was great. After reading it, I lost a little respect for Ron Paul, but I always liked that YouTube video of him speaking with politicians and homeschoolers, and all the while supporting homeschooling.
