The head tax is biblical

God has given us an infallible revelation of His will regarding civil taxation. That revelation is found only in God’s written Word, the Bible, which is sufficient to instruct us how to please God in all areas of life (“thoroughly equipped for every good work,” 2 Tim. 3:17).

I think the only tax system we need is the head tax; it’s the one that came straight from God. It’s spelt out in the Old Testament, and Dr. Fugate’s article explains how.

Without biblical limits on taxation, the state can make up tax rates as it goes along. Under a biblical tax system, the state would only expand as far as the head tax will take it; that shouldn’t be that far.
