I like the postmillennial overtones of this statement. Christ rules over all things, including politics. All authority has been given to him—in heaven and on earth—millennia ago. This includes political and civic authority.

If there’s such a thing as a pickup line that men can try on single postmillennial/theonomic women, I think this would be it. Maybe some premillennial women would like it too. Ascension Jesus heaven resurrection
